POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Ensure the proper operation of the change control system, complying with both company and external regulatory standards and procedures. Additionally, manage the company's training system and the controlled document storage system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the company’s training system, including: creation, assignment, modification, and deletion of curricula and items, accreditation of classroom trainings, report generation, and responding to various system queries.
• Administer the Change Control Board, including trainings, review and tracking of records, conducting meetings, and updating the board.
• Support in audits and implement actions assigned to the department.
• Generate required metrics such as trainings and change controls.
• Manage the electronic documentation system, including creating/organizing folders and providing training, as well as report generation.
• Manage the DCC process (review, tracking, translation, release) and support various queries for DCC creation and training in this process. When required, make modifications in SAP (ECR) as a result of changes.
• Provide support to other areas with document translation.
• All other inherent functions of the position and any assigned by immediate supervisor.
