The Role
Veeva is looking for an energetic Sales Support Analyst to join our growing team! You will be a partner to the North America Sales team and work directly with our customers to support their Veeva software subscription orders. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, goal-oriented and energetic individual who is interested in developing sales support and customer service best practices.
What You’ll DoBuild trusted relationships through direct communication with Veeva Sales, Finance, and Operations teams and with the CustomerCreate and process subscription and renewals opportunities and quotes in a timely and accurate mannerAnswer customer questions about the order process and provisioning statusCollect relevant documentation to close out opportunitiesDaily navigation in a CRM system, including, but not limited to - creating opportunities, running reports, searching for current orders, and building quotesWorking on special projects, as neededAct with urgency, integrity and a focus on the customerRequirementsUniversity degree (BA, BSc, BBA) or equivalent work experience2+ years in a sales supporting function or a customer support environmentStrong written and oral communication skills in EnglishIntermediate Excel SkillsExperience working in a CRM systemStrong organizational and time management skills, attention to detailMust be highly self-motivated and able to work independently#LI-Remote
