Associate (AEM Functional Tester)

What You Will Do

  • Develop test plans and test cases aligned with project requirements and AEM functionality.
  • Execute functional, regression, and system testing to validate implementations.
  • Create and maintain test documentation (scripts, data, reports).
  • Collaborate with AEM developers for defect identification and resolution.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Perform exploratory testing to uncover usability and functionality issues.
  • Monitor performance and stability of AEM applications.
  • Identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to automation efforts.
  • Stay updated with AEM features, updates, and best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

Master's degree
OR
bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience on AEM manual testing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance and testing, specifically with AEM and similar content management systems.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its components.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies and content management systems.
  • Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of test automation tools and scripting languages (a plus).
  • AEM certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards in web development.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills to support technical and non-technical stakeholders.
