As a Associate Maintenance Planner, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and compliance of technical operations within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. What can you expect?
You’ll be part of the Asset Management organization within Technical Operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure maintenance activities are planned and executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with production and quality control schedules. Here's what you'll do:

• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for production and lab equipment.
• Prepare and execute shutdown activities with minimal operational disruption.
• Align maintenance schedules with operational and QC needs, ensuring business continuity and equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure compliance with Quality, EHS, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare complete work packages including work orders, permits, spare parts, and tools.
• Coordinate access to equipment and schedule appointments with users.
• Serve as a key contact for contractors and vendors, tracking progress and managing documentation.
• Maintain accurate CMMS data and ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Verify contractor work quality and documentation before handover.
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient maintenance environment.
• Monitor and report performance metrics, escalating issues when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and documentation.
• Stay up to date with maintenance standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Take ownership during urgent maintenance issues, coordinating resources and follow-up.

Who are we looking for?

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Experience:
  Minimum of 4 years in maintenance, engineering, or operations planning within industrial manufacturing or regulated environments. Experience in pharmaceutical cleanrooms under aseptic conditions is a plus.

• Languages:
  Proficient in technical English, with the ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and documentation.
