Plan de Formación propuesto: 

El área de Digital & Tech forma parte de la estructura interna de transformación digital de la compañía y desempeña un papel clave en el diseño, planificación y ejecución de iniciativas digitales que dan soporte a las distintas áreas de negocio. La realización de estas prácticas permitirá conocer cómo se desarrollan y optimizan los canales digitales, las soluciones tecnológicas y el análisis de datos en un entorno corporativo global, comprendiendo su impacto en la estrategia de marca y en la experiencia del cliente dentro de una compañía biofarmacéutica líder. 

Durante la beca podrás: 

• Proporcionar soporte tutorizado a los proyectos y canales digitales de la compañía (webs, email marketing, webinars, paid media, social listening, análisis de la voz del cliente, entre otros). 

• Colaborar con el equipo digital en proyectos específicos relacionados con las distintas áreas de negocio desde la planificación hasta la ejecución de los planes digitales de marca. 

• Trabajar de forma cross-funcional con los equipos locales de marketing, médico y ventas, desarrollando una visión integral del negocio. 

• Participar en el análisis del performance de campañas y acciones digitales mediante analítica y benchmarking interno y externo. 

• Desarrollar habilidades en herramientas como Adobe Analytics, Power BI y otras plataformas. 

• Interactuar con equipos globales, colaborando en la optimización de plataformas y puesta en marcha de diferentes proyectos.  

• Aprender y dar soporte en iniciativas relacionadas con Inteligencia Artificial. 

• Apoyar el soporte de aplicaciones prácticas de la compañía en entornos digitales como Power Apps. 

Al final de las prácticas habrás aprendido: 

• Cómo funciona un ecosistema digital corporativo de principio a fin. 

• La importancia de la experiencia del cliente y cómo integrarla en los planes de marca. 

• Análisis de datos aplicado a la toma de decisiones en marketing digital. 

• Uso práctico de herramientas de analítica, reporting y optimización. 

• Fundamentos de IA aplicada al marketing y a la tecnología. 

Requisitos Básicos: 

• Grado en Marketing, Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas ADE, Grado en Economía, Grado en Química, Grado en Biología, Grado en Farmacia. 

• Nivel C1 de inglés. 

• Capacidad de análisis, organización y trabajo en equipo. 

• Se valorará formación complementaria en Marketing digital. 

• Se valorarán conocimientos de Adobe Analytics y/o Google Analytics y PowerBI. 

• Interés por el mundo digital, la tecnología y el análisis de datos. 

• Curiosidad por la innovación y la Inteligencia Artificial.
