As Brand Manager for Neuroscience, you will act as the entrepreneurial owner of your brand, driving strategy and execution with a strong hands‑on mindset. You will translate the global brand vision into impactful local strategies, develop cross‑functional tactical plans, and continuously seek innovative approaches to meet brand KPIs. With a strong scientific orientation, you will enrich the patient experience, gather deep insights across stakeholders, and bring the brand story to life through high‑quality, multichannel initiatives. This role is highly operational and field‑connected, working closely with the In‑Field Team.
Patient Journey & Insights
Support the development of an accurate and actionable patient journey through workshops, cross‑functional collaboration, and external insights.
Continuously gather and synthesize insights on patients, HCPs, competitors, and the broader Neuroscience landscape.
Identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and opportunities for digital or non‑traditional partnerships.
Strategic Brand Planning
Localize the global Neuroscience strategy into clear strategic imperatives and a robust annual tactical plan.
Define and maintain a compelling, patient‑centric brand story.
Diagnose brand performance, market dynamics, and competitive activity to guide strategic decisions.
Lead insight integration across teams to ensure a deep understanding of the market and product environment.
Execution & Multichannel Implementation
Act as the “guardian of the brand,” ensuring all activities and materials align with the brand story and strategic priorities.
Develop innovative, scientifically grounded, and patient‑centric marketing materials and campaigns.
Drive segmentation with the In‑Field Team and develop tailored content for each customer segment.
Lead the design and execution of multichannel initiatives, including CLM content, digital tactics, and partnerships.
Manage peer‑to‑peer events and operational activities in close collaboration with the In‑Field Team.
Ensure all in‑field materials support strategic imperatives and deliver consistent messaging.
Financial Management
Support forecasting for brand performance and competitive dynamics.
Manage budget planning, expense tracking, and ROI measurement for marketing activities.
Compliance
Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal policies, Ethics & Compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
