Campus Recruitment 

• Develop and launch bold strategies to attract Young Graduates through innovative recruitment campaigns and meaningful campus partnerships
• Connect and vibe: with colleges, unis, and student organizations to build real, lasting relationships that spark collaboration and make an impact.
• Be the face of Legend Biotech: at career fairs, info sessions, and networking events..
• Coordinate our internship programs: from recruitment to onboarding, you’ll make sure every step is smooth and impactful.
• Recruit top young talent for our Young Graduate roles: spot potential, start conversations, and help launch careers.
• Promote our culture: share what makes Legend Biotech a place where people grow, thrive, and make a difference.
• Stay in the know: track trends in campus recruiting, especially in biotech and life sciences.
• Measure what matters: track recruitment metrics and help us level up our hiring game.
• Collaborate and innovate work with the team to improve processes and bring fresh ideas to the table.

General Talent Acquisition Support 

• Keep things moving in the ATS (Application Tracking System): manage job requisitions like a pro and make sure everything’s on point behind the scenes.
• Team up with Employer Branding: boost job ads and internal job boards so the right people see the right roles at the right time.
• Get hands-on with sourcing and talent projects: help us find great people and support on various TA-related projects. 

Who are we looking for? 

Education

•  A bachelor’s or master’s degree

Experience

• Preferably 3 years experience in talent acquisition. 

Languages

 Fluent in English and Dutch, and you communicate clearly and confidently. 

Strengths  

• Relates well to student and early-career talent.
• Excellent event planning and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Accurate, resilient, proactive, and a true team player
