The Role
Join Veeva as we modernize software for the life sciences industry. We are bringing to market a modern cloud solution designed to optimize laboratories with increased efficiency and productivity by streamlining processes. Join the team that will partner with our customers to implement one of Veeva’s newest products - Veeva Vault LIMS.
We are looking for hard-working individuals who are committed to helping our customers adopt the next generation of technology. We will bring new efficiencies to our customers with the most advanced GPM QC-focused LIMS by providing all functionality in a single platform.
This role will allow you to be in the driver's seat of a new product area from the ground up with early adopters.
This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. This is a customer-facing role and we have no work location requirement if you are in close proximity to an airport and able to meet future travel requirements.
What You'll DoParticipate in projects at life sciences companies designing and deploying systemsConfigure and implement cloud solutionsLead requirements workshops: design, prototype, configuration, and solutionsEnsure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement life cycleRequirements3+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting LIMS systemsTechnical aptitude to comprehend and translate business requirements and create corresponding solutions designsProven expertise in customer leadership and fostering a collaborative team environmentDemonstrated work history in stakeholder management, critical thinking skills, ability to conduct complex and technical communications in a wide variety of settings and audiences, and the determination to see client success with solution implementationTravel for key customer engagements and internal meetings up to 50% with typical travel around 25%#LI-Remote
