What are the main responsibilities of a CNS Marketing & Medical intern?

The objective of this internship is to strengthen the continuity between scientific strategy and marketing execution within the CNS Squad, providing the intern with a comprehensive understanding of both Medical Affairs and Marketing in a highly innovative therapeutic area.

The internship is structured into two complementary six-month rotations designed to provide progressive learning and cross-functional exposure.

Phase 1 – Medical Affairs Team

During the first phase, the intern will support the Medical Managers in strengthening the scientific foundation of Roche’s CNS solutions.

  • Supporting the collection and analysis of medical insights to better understand unmet needs and opportunities within the patient journey.

  • Participating in internal meetings, scientific discussions, and cross-functional initiatives within the Squad.

Phase 2 – Marketing Team

During the second phase, the intern will transition into the Marketing team to support the activation and execution of brand strategies based on the scientific insights generated during the Medical rotation.
