This role reflects the evolution of business needs within GPD&S—combining trusted Executive Associate (EA) partnership with strong Project Management (PM) and coordination capability to help leaders drive strategic and operational initiatives forward.

The Executive Associate / Project Manager – GPD&S serves as a strategic and operational extension of senior leadership, enabling effective governance, execution discipline, and executive readiness across a complex, global portfolio.

Role Scope

This role supports Director  GPD&S India Head, operating with a high degree of independence, judgment, and accountability. The incumbent goes beyond traditional EA responsibilities by owning project planning, execution tracking, stakeholder coordination, and executive level deliverables, while ensuring the smooth functioning of the leadership office.‑level deliverables

Key Responsibilities

Executive Associate Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to GPD&S senior leaders, acting as a trusted partner and extension of the leadership team.‑time‑zone calendars, proactively anticipating conflicts and prioritization challenges.

  • Coordinate leadership meetings, off‑sites, town halls, and site visits, including logistics, room and AV bookings, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ensure leader preparedness for meetings by assembling materials, tracking , and managing action items.

Project Coordination Responsibilities

  • Own and manage cross functional GPD&S initiatives, operating as the single point of coordination across stakeholders. ‑functional GPD&S initiatives, operating as the single point of coordination across stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs.
  • Track execution progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
  • Prepare executive ready dashboards, status updates, and decision materials.
  • Proactively remove obstacles and drive initiatives through to completion.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and ways of working.

Strategy, Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Perform structured analysis using multiple data sources to support leadership decision making.
  •  Present information clearly and concisely to senior leaders and diverse audiences.
  • Build and leverage strong relationships through influence, diplomacy, and credibility across functions and geographies.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality across all deliverables and communications.

Operational Excellence & Office Management

  • Oversee selected operational processes supporting the leadership portfolio (e.g., onboarding coordination, systems access, procurement requests).
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, systems, and controls.
  • Leverage enterprise tools (Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, reporting tools) to enable productivity and transparency.
  • Operate with a high degree of independence while exercising expert judgment, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 8–10+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in complex, global organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, coordination, or delivery of ross functional initiatives. (e.g., McKinsey, PwC, or similar).
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint with strong visual storytelling skills; working knowledge of Visio preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and operate effectively in a matrixed, multi‑time‑zone environment.
