The Role
Crossix Analytics, a business within Veeva, is dedicated to advancing healthcare marketing with AdTech analytics, innovative planning, targeting, measurement, and optimization solutions. Positioned at the center of big data, innovative technology, and multichannel media, Veeva Crossix provides most life sciences companies with insights to help make strategic business decisions and drive improved advertisement and patient outcomes.
As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a group of team leads and software engineers building the infrastructure for the unique Veeva Analytics Platform.
What You'll DoBuild and lead a team of professional software and DevOPs engineers responsible to deliver high-quality software solutionsProvide technological and managerial coaching to R&D team members based on extensive hands-on and managerial experienceEnsure efficient CI/CD and testing coverageBe accountable for group commitmentsCooperate effectively with Data scientists on productization of prediction data pipelinesRequirementsSubstantial experience leading a group of at least 6 engineers5 years of experience as as a people managerExperience in leading DevOPs Experience with cloud ecosystems (preferably AWS) and BigData technologies Proactive involvement in architectural decision making.
