What You'll DoSupport with the development and execution of field marketing plans; including event and webinar logistics execution, customer conference support, customer communicationsCoordinate with internal teams such as product marketing, creative services, content, product, communications, and digital teams to manage field marketing program componentsAssist in the development and editing of marketing content including, social posts, videos, corporate templates, and other program materials. Repurpose existing content for internal and external useSupport the execution and optimization of outreach programs to engage current and prospective customers leveraging LinkedIn and other channelsHelp organize and coordinate Veeva and industry events, including logistics, internal and external communications, event app management, and reportingAssist with weekly and monthly marketing program reporting and metrics (Marketo, Lynx, Matomo, Sigma, etc.)RequirementsA Marketing / Business degree 1+ years of hands-on experience in marketing campaigns plus an interest in events and community buildingSelf-directed and able to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and multiple projects under aggressive timelines and expectationsExceptional communication, writing, and organizational skillsWell organized with very high attention to detailExpert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelProficient in delivering content via social media tools, including LinkedInGrowth minded and a team player with a positive attitude#RemoteGermany
