Our platform, Novasign Studio, combines hybrid modeling, digital twin simulation, and automated workflows to help biotech, biopharma, enzyme manufacturing, and sustainable food companies accelerate development, reduce experimental burden, and make better data-driven decisions.
We sell a technical B2B product to highly specialized customers and we are scaling.
The Role
We’re hiring a Founding Account Executive to drive revenue and build pipeline at Novasign.
This is a hands-on, full-cycle closing role. You will actively prospect, run discovery, lead demos, manage consultative sales processes, negotiate, and close deals. This is not a strategy-only position — you’ll be in execution mode every week.
You will work directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with product and marketing to sharpen positioning, improve conversion, and build a repeatable sales motion.
