Where You Fit In
You’ll be joining our Finance team and reporting directly to the Head of Finance, using your skills to make our team efficient, accurate, and forward-thinking.
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and contribute to other areas of the department as needed. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, driving visibility, accountability, and financial rigor across the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesBudgeting & Planning: Coordinating with department heads to build annual budgets and long-term strategic plans that align with organizational goals.Financial Forecasting: Developing and maintaining rolling forecasts to predict revenue, expenses, and cash flow based on historical trends and market conditions.Board & Management Reporting: Develop and present monthly or quarterly reporting packages and dashboards for the CFO and Board of Directors to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Variance Analysis: Comparing actual financial results against budgets and forecasts to identify discrepancies, explain their drivers, and recommend corrective actions.Business Partnering: Collaborating across functions to understand the operational drivers that impact financial outcomes.Process Improvement: Innovate and streamline financial processes, often leveraging automation.Financial Modeling: Creating complex Excel or software-based models to simulate "what-if" scenarios, such as the impact of a new product launch or an acquisition.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or MathematicsTechnical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) is essential. Familiarity with ERP/EPM systems like NetSuite and FP&A applications like Cube is valuable.
