Position Summary

The HEMA Project Lead is responsible for driving key initiatives across the hematology therapeutic area, leading local marketing team efforts, coordinating national academic activities, and managing cross-product projects to support business strategy execution and operational excellence. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, project management capabilities, and solid understanding of the hematology treatment landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead HEMA Local Marketing Team and Drive Regional Strategy Execution

  • Lead, guide, and support the HEMA local marketing team in developing and implementing regional strategies.
  • Actively participate in the planning, execution, and evaluation of regional marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure regional activities are aligned with national brand strategy, therapeutic area priorities, and business objectives.
  • Provide strategic input and actionable recommendations based on market insights, customer needs, and project outcomes.

2. Manage National Academic Congresses and External Engagements in Hematology

  • Take ownership of national academic congresses and key scientific meetings related to the hematology therapeutic area, e.g. CSH, CSCO etc. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and execution.
  • Ensure effective integration and allocation of resources to maximize the impact of academic activities.
  • Oversee congress-related timelines, budgets, materials, logistics, and compliance requirements to ensure high-quality delivery.

3. Lead Cross-Product Initiatives Across the Hematology Portfolio

  • Build, maintain, and optimize hematology-related training platforms to support internal capability development and knowledge sharing.
  • Facilitate routine communication and cross-functional collaboration related to product supply chain matters, ensuring timely alignment among relevant departments.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with NRDL-related clinical experts, supporting expert engagement and long-term collaboration in line with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Support the planning, organization, and execution of POA meetings within the hematology therapeutic area, ensuring clear objectives, effective coordination, and successful delivery.
