Role Impact Manifesto
As the Hospitality Manager, you transform every touchpoint of the Fountain Life experience into a moment of intentional, heartfelt care. You curate not just a space, but an atmosphere, where light, sound, scent, rhythm, and energy are meticulously designed to put our members at ease and allow healing to begin. You are the unseen hand that shapes calm out of uncertainty and luxury out of silence. You lead a hospitality experience where nothing feels clinical, everything feels personal, and each member feels not only welcome but truly seen.

What You’ll Do
You will craft a five-star hospitality experience that reflects our commitment to excellence, warmth, and personalization. You will oversee the emotional tone and physical environment of the center, ensuring every detail is smoothly coordinated to enhance the member’s journey. In collaboration with the clinical and operations teams, you will lead the experience team and make sure our spaces symbolize healing, clarity, and trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome members into a sanctuary of calm, comfort, and luxury, setting the emotional tone for Diagnostics Day
  • Curate and maintain all sensory elements of the space, including lighting, scent, music, temperature, and refreshment offerings
  • Ensure that lounges, suites, and transitional areas always reflect Fountain Life’s five-star brand standards
  • Anticipate emotional and physical needs before they arise to minimize friction and maximize ease.
  • Lead and coach the Host team to deliver consistent, heartfelt, and elevated member service
  • Observe, document, and act on individual member preferences to personalize experiences across visits
  • Coordinate real-time flow with the Care Coordinator to reduce delays and ensure seamless transitions throughout the day
  • Elevate privacy and discretion in all member interactions and movements within the center
  • Oversee the readiness, presentation, and replenishment of all hospitality amenities
  • Support members during transitional or sensitive moments, such as imaging recovery or complex diagnostics
  • Deliver final moments of reflection and gratitude to conclude the day with a sense of pride and transformation.
  • Evaluate and continuously refine hospitality standards in collaboration with the General Manager, Care team, and CXO
  • Offer real-time feedback to operational and clinical teams to protect the brand promise and elevate the member experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, spa, or high-end service environments
  • Demonstrated leadership in guest services or hospitality team management
  • Exceptional attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and communication skills
  • Proven organizational excellence with the ability to anticipate needs and eliminate friction
  • Deep understanding of luxury hospitality principles and wellness-centered service design
  • Ability to remain calm, poised, and solutions-oriented in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
  • Passion for proactive health, human-centered service, and emotional connection
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications in hospitality, wellness, or service management are a plus
  • Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and client-facing environments

At Fountain Life, hospitality is not a department; it is a way of being. You don’t just greet members; you make them feel at home. You don’t just manage a space; you design an environment where healing begins. With your leadership, our centers become more than clinics; they become sanctuaries. This is your opportunity to help redefine the future of healthcare, one extraordinary experience at a time.
