Junior Product Manager (m/f/d)

(Full-time, 38.5 hours/week)

In this role as Junior Product Manager you will support and own key product marketing activities for our Austria team, helping to shape and deliver locally relevant campaigns and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Medical, Sales, Market Access and external partners to turn insight and data into clear, impactful decisions and plans. We seek curious, collaborative people who use evidence and analytics to guide their work; this role offers strong opportunities to grow your skills across digital and face‑to‑face channels, contribute to meaningful public health outcomes, and help GSK unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together. This position offers an excellent entry point into pharmaceutical product management, combining strategic exposure with strong operational learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing mix and omnichannel activities for specialty brands
  • Contribute to the implementation of brand strategy and tactical marketing initiatives
  • Support the development, adaptation and rollout of promotional materials, presentations and slide decks
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of congresses, events and internal meetings
  • Support conducting of market research and competitive analysis to support brand decisions
  • Take ownership of defined marketing and omnichannel projects, from planning to execution
  • Coordinate timelines, stakeholders and deliverables for assigned projects
  • Support business planning, performance tracking and budget monitoring
  • Ensure activities are executed in line with compliance guidelines and internal processes

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, life sciences, pharmacy or related field
  • Early experience in product, brand or marketing roles, ideally in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
  • Hands-on experience with digital and multichannel marketing activities
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to guide decisions and measure outcomes
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in German and English

Market-conform annual gross salary starting from 62.000,00 € with the possibility of higher compensation depending on your qualifications and relevant experience.
