Job Description

Position Summary
You will support our Taiwan supply chain team with logistics reconciliation, data validation, and stakeholder communication. You will work closely with supply chain planners, finance, and operations to investigate claims, reconcile records, and improve processes. We value curiosity, clear communication, and a practical mindset. This role gives you hands-on project work, coaching from experienced colleagues, and the chance to make a measurable impact that supports GSK’s mission of uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.

Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Reconcile logistics claims and deductions for retail and wholesale customers and maintain accurate records.
  • Review supporting documentation from customers and carriers to validate claims and prepare debit or credit memos.
  • Produce and share timely updates and reports with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use Excel and reporting tools to analyse trends and identify root causes to reduce recurring issues.
  • Work with sales, finance, and operations teams to resolve deduction issues and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and answering queries.

This role is on-site in Taiwan. You will be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team and expected to work from our local office.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving.
  • Comfortable using Excel for data analysis, reconciliation and reporting.
  • Good written and spoken Mandarin and English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing and able to work on-site in Taiwan.


Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

  • Coursework or experience in reconciliation, claims management, or logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or similar.
  • Experience creating dashboards or visual reports with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and SOX-related compliance.
  • Experience supporting audits or preparing audit documentation.
  • Ability to automate routine tasks using Excel macros, VBA, or basic scripting.
