You’ll lead a skilled team of Maintenance Engineers to keep our critical systems running, enabling our analysts and operators to do what matters most: saving lives.

What Can You Expect? 

• Lead & develop your team: You’ll supervise a team of Maintenance Engineers, set clear priorities, and help each team member grow through coaching and regular feedback. Daily shift meetings and performance input are part of your leadership role. 
• Keep operations running smoothly: You make sure all maintenance tasks - preventive and reactive - are executed efficiently. When issues arise, you're the first point of contact. You also manage spare parts and ensure the Equipment Alarm and On-Call system runs smoothly. 
• Guard safety & compliance: You create a strong culture of safety, quality, and compliance. You lead by example, ensure adherence to GMP standards, and support quality events like Deviations, CAPAs, and FMEAs. 
• Drive improvement & strategy: You work closely with Reliability Engineers to prevent recurring issues and improve processes. At the same time, you help shape the long-term maintenance strategy while optimizing daily operations. 

Who are we looking for?  

A hands-on leader with technical expertise, a sharp problem-solving mindset, and a passion for team development. 

Education 

• A relevant engineering or technical degree. 

Experience 

• Maintenance and reliability experience in pharma/biotech. 
• Proven leadership of technical teams. 
• Strong grasp of GMP standards. 

Languages 

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
