The Role
As a Principal Product Designer at Veeva, you’ll play a key role in designing the future of our CRM product suite. We are looking for seasoned Product Designers that are excited to own their projects end-to-end.
In this role, you'll lead the design direction for our web and mobile applications, mentor other designers, and work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences that balance innovation with enterprise-grade functionality.

What You'll DoLead the vision and strategy for product design across our platform, ensuring consistency and excellence in both web and mobile experiencesDrive the evolution of our design system, establishing patterns and components that scale across productsCreate high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and detailed specificationsMentor and guide other designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and innovationPartner with Product and Engineering leadership to influence product strategy and roadmapChampion user-centered design practices throughout the organizationFacilitate design reviews and provide constructive feedback to raise the bar for design qualityRequirements8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3+ years focusing on enterprise softwareExceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile app designDeep expertise in modern design tools (Figma) and design systemsProven track record of shipping complex enterprise productsStrong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologiesExperience leading and mentoring other designersExcellence in interaction design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchyKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principlesBachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)West coast candidates are preferred#LI-Remote
