Position Summary

Deliver Procure to Pay (P2P) services with a primary focus on Tax Coding accuracy and Travel and Expense processing, ensuring compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).

This role supports day-to-day P2P operations, interacting directly with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice, expense, and tax-related inquiries. The position contributes to service quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement within the P2P Operations and Compliance scope.

Deliver procure to pay services, ensure KPIs and metrics reflect customer expectations of the service, resolve current and emerging performance gaps, prioritize areas for improvement.

Your Responsibilities: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

• Process and support Travel and Expense activities, including employee inquiries, expense report validation, policy compliance, and issue resolution.
• Perform Tax Coding activities for invoices and expenses, ensuring accuracy, compliance with tax regulations, and proper posting in SAP.
• Provide timely and effective P2P support to internal employees and vendors, acting as a key contact for invoice and expense-related questions.
• Collaborate closely with P2P, FRMC, and other finance teams to resolve discrepancies and improve end-to-end processes.
• Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to GSK standards, guidelines, and accounting policies.
• Analyze and understand SAP data objects related to invoices, expenses, and tax postings.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Weekly/monthly KPI´s follow up to ensure quality service plus KPIs reporting to management.
• Support Operations and Compliance activities, including:

• L1 Controls Monitoring.
• Follow-up on control observations and proper documentation of corrective actions.
• Provide input for internal and external audits when required.

• Degree completed or in progress (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field)..

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with P2P Operations.
• Basic to intermediate Portuguese is a plus.
• Ideally experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Basic of Power BI,
