Position Summary You will join our marketing team in Taiwan as a Marketing Intern. You will support campaign planning, market research, and cross-functional projects. You will work closely with marketing managers, medical and commercial colleagues, and external partners. We value curiosity, clear communication and practical problem solving. This role offers hands-on learning, visible impact on local marketing activities, and alignment with GSK’s mission of uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Support the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns and events. - Help collect and analyse customer and market insights to inform simple recommendations. - Assist in creating clear and accurate marketing materials for digital and offline channels. - Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver on time. - Track campaign performance and prepare concise reports and summaries. - Support administrative tasks that keep the team organised and focused. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, life sciences or related field. - Basic understanding of digital and offline marketing concepts. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin). English ability is an advantage. - Comfortable working in a team and able to take direction and follow through. - Able to work on-site in Taiwan; this role is on-site with occasional regional meetings. - Right to work in Taiwan. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Prior internship or work experience in marketing, communications or related roles. - Familiarity with social media tools and basic analytics. - Experience using presentation tools and simple data visualization. - Interest in healthcare, patient-focused communication or life sciences. - Good organisational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
