The Position

As the Senior Cluster Section Lead, you will establish and lead day-to-day operational support and management for the Global Invoice to Pay Support Cluster, working with the respective Global Product Lead. This role focuses heavily on global people management, compliance, and driving operational excellence to achieve the Product Line objectives, leading a team of Analysts. You will inspire and coach team members, fostering their development, removing silos, and driving collaboration across relevant areas.

The Opportunity

  • Operational Excellence: Establish robust systems to ensure high-quality support services and maintain top-tier end-user satisfaction.

  • Performance Accountability: Drive the achievement of global KPI targets and manage workforce planning to meet all performance objectives.

  • Process Optimization: Partner with Service Enablement to implement best practices and proactively identify continuous system or process improvements.

  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and manage key relationships for the assigned subproduct to ensure alignment and collaboration.

  • Global Talent Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle—including hiring, onboarding, and performance management—across three diverse regions.

  • Team Development & Leadership: Lead and motivate team members through proactive coaching, goal setting, and fostering a culture of open communication.

  • Compliance & Resource Oversight: Manage strategic resource allocation while ensuring full compliance with legal standards and safety (SHE) requirements.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development.

  • Extensive Leadership: Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams in both in-person and virtual environments, ideally within a complex matrix organization.

  • Academic Foundation: A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Domain Expertise: At least 3 years of professional experience operating within Finance or Procurement environments.

  • Communication & Relationship Management: Fluency in English with a proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships and handling escalations.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong operational knowledge, with SAP experience considered a significant advantage.
