The Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Designer to join our Site Solutions team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive, user-centered solutions that address the complex needs of the clinical trial industry. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create seamless, impactful design experiences for our SiteVault application and its integrations with other clinical trial systems.
What You’ll DoLead the end-to-end design process for SiteVault, including ideation, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity UI design to ensure exceptional user experiencesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and clinical trial experts, to define design requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives and user needsConduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, pain points, and needs, using this data to inform design decisionsDevelop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and coherence across all product interfaces and integrationsAdvocate for design excellence, usability, and innovation throughout the product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final implementationProvide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, helping to elevate the overall design quality within the teamContinuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, market trends, and product performance to drive ongoing improvementsEnsure that designs align with regulatory and industry standards, particularly within the context of clinical trials and healthcareRequirements5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex enterprise-level applications, ideally in healthcare or clinical trial-related industriesProven expertise in UX/UI design, interaction design, and information architectureExperience designing for integrated systems, with a focus on seamless user experiences across multiple touchpointsStrong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similarExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersA deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive, accessible productsExperience with agile development processes and collaborating in a cross-functional, fast-paced environmentA proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team#LI-RemoteUS
