The Opportunity:
You partner with sub-functional leaders to drive connectivity and coordinate planned and ad-hoc PDD-wide and functional strategic efforts in alignment with PDD priorities
You drive key initiatives impacting the organization’s strategic and operating model, using an enterprise and innovation mindset
You facilitate structured planning and reporting activities across sub-functions, proactively identifying and resolving issues in a dynamic and fast-paced setting to support the execution of strategies such as in silico and 3D
You navigate high ambiguity and complexity, proactively driving clarity, alignment, and prioritization across multiple stakeholders and initiatives
You operate with a continuous improvement mindset to proactively identify process gaps and opportunities for improved alignment, communications, and resource across key planned and ad-hoc efforts with a bias for action
You independently organize and manage recurring leadership meetings (including Quant Team), develop agendas, and document and support the drive and follow-through of outcomes and next steps
You maintain tools for initiative tracking, performance monitoring, and cross-functional alignment
You lead or co-lead preparation of communications and presentations for functional updates, governance forums, senior leadership reviews, and evolving sub-functional or PDD-wide requirements in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
Who you are:
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, life sciences, public health, or data sciences
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic operations, business planning, or project management in pharma or healthcare settings; or an advanced degree with 5 years of equivalent work experience
You demonstrate ability to independently lead initiatives, manage planning cycles, and facilitate leadership forums
You are familiar with data- and R&D-oriented operating models and cross-functional execution
You have capacity for independent thinking and ability to make decisions based upon sound principles
You have excellent strategic agility including problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and agility that extends beyond technical domain
You demonstrate respect for cultural differences when interacting with colleagues in the global workplace
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically in the areas of presentation and writing, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear language
Preferred:
Prior experience managing operational workstreams or planning cycles within life sciences or data-focused environments
Working knowledge of OKRs, business performance measurement, or enterprise planning methodologies
Demonstrated ability to support or co-lead strategy deployment, stakeholder engagement, or governance coordination
Familiarity with pharmaceutical development processes or data sciences organizational structures
Experience in facilitating or contributing to complex cross-functional meetings and communications

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 115,328.00 and 151,368.00 of hiring range.
