The Role
We are looking for multiple Senior Sustaining Software Engineers that are eager to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment inside a stable, profitable company. Our team is solving complex problems that impact the speed and effectiveness of the life sciences industry. In this role, you’ll jump right in, finding and fixing issues for our Vault CRM product.
What You’ll DoTroubleshoot critical customer reported issues in the Vault CRM productsFix bugs in the Vault CRM codeLearn everything about the Vault CRM modules and use that knowledge to ensure our customers are successfulBuild tools to help with fixing and troubleshooting product issuesCollaborate with the Development, Support, Product, and QA teams to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issuesIdentify problems that may impact multiple customersHelp mentor junior engineersRequirements5+ years of experience in software support or sustaining role for Enterprise productsExperience with backend development with JavaExperience with troubleshooting and debugging web and mobile apps built with Java, HTML/CSS, , C#, Swift and Objective-CHands-on experience with SQL querying and working with dataExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in an environment with high visibility and high expectationsExcellent customer service attitude, communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills to reduce customer concerns in urgent or critical situationsAbility to technically collaborate with product engineers while troubleshooting customer escalations#LI-RemoteUS
