We're looking for a (temporary) Training & Onboarding Scheduler to join our Training team.

Your main goal is organise the onboarding and training sessions of new colleagues joining Legend Biotech.

What can you expect? 

• Planning: In this role you use the Office-Package (Outlook, Excel, ...) to schedule and keep an overview of ongoing trainings and onboardings. It requires an eye for detail and strong planning skills, to make sure trainings aren't overlapping and efficient for both the trainer as the trainee.
• Onboarding: You assist on our onboarding days: you ensure the right people are informed and in place. When things change, you adapt the planning and communicate clearly with colleagues, trainers, ...

Education: 

• You have a bachelor degree or equal through work experience

Experience: 

• You have at least a first relevant experience.

Languages: 

• You are fluent in English and Dutch, with strong written and oral communication skills.  

Strengths:  

• You are highly organized and capable of prioritizing and multitasking.
• You have a good understanding of Excel and a problem-solving mindset.
