As Training Coordination Supervisor, you take the lead in the onboarding process of new hires within Legend Biotech and help the team plan and assign trainings for our colleagues. You ensure solid communication and support different departments in finding alignment and efficiency.

What can you expect?

• You act as team lead for the team that focusses on onboarding, training planning, document control and training control. You take the lead in training and developing the team, performance management and support them in their decision-making process.
• Together with the team, you ensure a seamless planning and communication of all trainings, both for new hires as current colleagues.
• You ensure Good Documentation Practises are upheld, the Learning Management System is used correctly and ensure you’re able to give insights to management when asked.
• You act as representative for the Training & Capabilities department within the Legend Campus project.
• You interact with different stakeholders, internally and externally to ensure alignment.

Who are we looking for?

Education

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience within a relevant role is required.

Languages

• Dutch and English at a fluent level is a must have for this role.
