Align all communication activities, materials, and messaging with organizational objectives and the company's brand identity.

  • Channel Management and Coordination: Manage the day-to-day operations of our internal and external digital channels. Distribute content and use established measurement tools to track performance and report on engagement metrics.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Proactively build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as Site & Services leaders, project leads, subject matter experts, Sites Network Communications, and the broader Group Communications team.

  • Crisis and Issues Support: Support the Local Emergency Team by preparing templates, monitoring channels, and supporting the rollout of approved messaging during an issue or crisis to help protect the company’s reputation.
