Hematology Medical Scientific Liaison
You will work as a field-based Hematology Medical Scientific Liaison in Türkiye. You will build trusted scientific relationships with hematology experts and community clinicians. You will gather and share clinical insights to shape medical strategy and support research. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient care. Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Build and maintain trusted, ethical scientific relationships with hematology healthcare professionals.
- Deliver clear, balanced scientific exchanges that gather insights and share up-to-date clinical evidence.
- Identify investigators and sites for clinical studies and support clinical trial feasibility and recruitment.
- Translate field insights into actionable recommendations for medical strategy and local medical plans.
- Partner with commercial, clinical operations and medical teams to align activities and support educational programs.
- Ensure all activities follow local regulations and company policies, including reporting safety information.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- University degree in Medicine (MD), Pharmacy, or an advanced scientific degree relevant to hematology.
- Clinical or industry experience in hematology or closely related therapeutic areas.
- Previous experience engaging with healthcare professionals in a scientific role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and good command of English.
- Proficiency with common office tools and remote communication platforms.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical ethics, governance and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Prior experience as a Medical Scientific Liaison or similar field medical role.
- Direct involvement with clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies or site identification.
- Familiarity with the Turkish healthcare system and hematology patient pathways.
- Presentation skills and experience running scientific meetings or workshops.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear clinical messages for diverse audiences.
- Experience working collaboratively across medical, commercial and clinical operations teams.
Work Model and Travel
- This is a field-based role with regular travel across Türkiye to meet healthcare professionals and sites.
- The role follows a hybrid approach to working, balancing remote work and in-person field activity as required.
