The Position

The position is responsible for managing your customers by promoting the Roche Diagnostics range of products to hospitals, clinics etc. Reporting to Account Value Lead you will use your expertise to:

  • Manage customers / key account customers by promoting the Roche Diagnostics range of products (Area Upper Northeast)

  • Manage key customers include hospitals, clinics, and others

  • Support overall objectives to achieve sales targets by building relationships, establish network and strengthen brand and corporate / product reputation

  • Calls on physicians, clinics and other organizations that require diagnostic products or services that focus on the monitoring and testing of specialized therapeutic and/or specialized patient care.

  • Responsible for the sale of the company’s diagnostic products within an assigned territory or geographic region.

  • Complies with applicable laws in providing physicians with literature.

  • Provides expertise and customer service to accounts.

  • May provide expertise to physicians and other medical/therapeutic clients.

  • May gather data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing to capitalize on selling opportunities.

  • Builds relationships with physicians and key thought leaders to influence the acceptance and use of company’s products.

  • Typically requires a university degree in a scientific or related field and/or equivalent related experience.

  • May include individuals selling diagnostic laboratory services. CRO/CMO companies, match to S681 - S685 - Sales Account Manager - Consulting Services.

  • Individuals selling directly to physicians or other medical staff should select Channel 1 - Direct/End User.

  • Use channel-specific Field Sales Management job codes to match the managers of these incumbents (e.g., Field Sales Management - S3X3 - S3X6).

To be successful in this role, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in in Medical Technologist

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience related field preferred

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good human relationship, problem solving skills and teamwork abilities

  • Good command of spoken and written English

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and related programs

  • Be able to work in upcountry

  • Own car and valid drive license
