Resumo:

Reporta-se à liderança financeira da área, com formação superior em áreas afins, experiência prévia na área de Planejamento Financeiro, Contabilidade, Controladoria. Bom relacionamento interpessoal, liderança, hands on e criatividade completam o perfil.

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Suportar a elaboração, reconciliação e análise dos resultados reais e estimados (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, BVAs);
• Trabalhar em conjunto com membros da equipe para a preparação de apresentações de resultados do negócio;
• Atuar como parceiro do negócio, com envolvimento cross-function e cross-sector;
• Agir em parceria com diversos times, para a busca de soluções e identificação de oportunidades para melhorias de processos e de custos, gerando valor agregado ao negócio;
• Agir como colaborador, guardião e owner de políticas de compliance associadas;
• Trabalhar em time para otimização de processos internos à área, bem como colaborar com o desenvolvimento e aperfeiçoamento de ferramentas de melhoria de performance financeira;
• Demonstrar compreensão dos conceitos e frameworks de IA, incluindo conhecimento sobre práticas de IA responsável e ética, e possuir experiência na criação de prompts eficazes para aumentar a eficiência e a produtividade.

Idiomas: Inglês Intermediário/Avançado.
