As a Lead Analyst (Pharma CRM Measurement & Analytics), you will play a critical role in supporting the Pharma CRM Platform / Product team in building and optimizing CRM measurement frameworks. You will lead the development of strategic performance scorecards, engagement velocity metrics, and activity‑based KPIs, and generate analytics that inform CRM platform simplification, user experience improvements, and commercial impact. 

Your Opportunity

  • Design and build CRM performance scorecards and dashboards for home office and field teams

  • Develop and track activity‑based metrics (e.g., engagement velocity, objective‑based calls, high‑value interactions, call planning adherence)

  • Measure engagement timeliness and call quality indicators to understand execution quality and improvement areas

  • Establish a standard CRM measurement framework and KPI dictionary, enabling consistent reporting across markets and brands

  • Quantify value of high‑ vs low‑impact engagements and identify patterns in customer coverage and segmentation

  • Evaluate CRM workflows and engagement models (e.g., call planning, suggestions/NBA, remote engagement) and recommend simplification and optimization

  • Translate business strategy and CRM product vision into measurable KPIs and reporting requirements

  • Support leadership reviews and roadmap prioritization with clear, executive‑ready insights and recommendations

  • Partner with CRM Product, CRM Operations & Commercial Excellence to deliver robust analytics solutions

  • Provide guidance and oversight to junior analysts and contribute to best practices and standards for CRM measurement

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and be flexible to work in IST/PST overlapping hours

Who You Are

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics and 6 to 12 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, commercial analytics, or sales operations

  • Strong experience in CRM / Engagement analytics and performance measurement, exposure to pharma or healthcare commercial models is strongly preferred

Domain & Technical Skills

  • Veeva CRM or Salesforce CRM knowledge is mandatory, with strong understanding of CRM data structures (accounts, contacts, calls, activities, suggestions, events, NBAs, etc.)

  • Hands‑on experience working with CRM systems and data from an analytics/reporting perspective

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS – Redshift, S3, Athena) or similar

  • Ability to work with structured, semi‑structured, and unstructured data, experience with Python or R is an advantage

Behavioral & Communication Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and hypothesis‑driven problem solving, with a clear focus on business impact

  • Proven ability to translate business questions into KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights

  • Excellent storytelling, visualization, and presentation skills, including engaging senior stakeholders

  • Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
