Position Summary:
Reporting to the SVP, Accounting, the Associate Director or Director, SEC Reporting & SOX Compliance will have a broad scope of responsibility including, but not limited to, the following: SEC reporting, technical accounting research and positions, and SOX compliance. This role will require a deep understanding of US GAAP, SEC guidance, and SOX 404 requirements, strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, and an ability to develop relationships and work cross-functionally. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and can help identify and develop best processes and practices to help support the growth of our team and Company.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $190,000 - $220,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etcetera. In addition to base salary, the hired applicant will be eligible to receive an annual bonus and an equity grant at hire and annually in the form of the option to purchase stock in the future for a specified price.
