Job Description

The Senior Brand Manager owns Facial Aesthetic portfolio including the strategy, the brand plan, the investment and the result. Aesthetics is a category where the consumer creates the demand and the clinic delivers it, so the role sits at the meeting point of consumer brand building, healthcare professional partnership and commercial execution.

This is a brand owner’s role with real decision rights and real accountability. We are looking for someone who finds the opportunity before it is briefed, moves fast, and takes personal ownership of the number.

You will be measured on brand sales and market share, the quality and executability of the annual brand plan, the return delivered on A&P investment, and the strength of our clinic and KOL partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy and Annual Planning

  • Own the annual brand plan end to end — objectives, strategy, tactical plan, investment allocation and success metrics — within the company and Area framework.
  • Build the plan on evidence: market size and growth, competitive share and activity, pricing dynamics, consumer insight and HCP feedback. Commission market research where a real decision depends on it.
  • Recommend pricing strategy and price adjustments to maximise sales and gross profit.
  • Contribute to portfolio and lifecycle decisions: which SKUs to grow, hold, reposition or retire.
  • Work with Regulatory to prioritise registration of new products or packaging where relevant, and to ensure proper lifecycle maintenance of the existing range.

Commercial Delivery and Performance Management

  • Deliver the brand sales target and manage A&P spending against plan, with a clear line of sight from every baht invested to a commercial outcome.
  • Track brand performance monthly — sell-in, sell-out, share, account activity and campaign return — and act early on what the data is showing.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, promotion and clinic programmes, and design specific counter-measures rather than generic responses.
  • Review progress and prognosis regularly with the Sales Manager and agree the corrective plan together.
  • Recommend and monitor brand-related KPIs for the sales team, and support the field in achieving them.

Consumer Marketing and Insight

  • Translate consumer insight, HCP needs and treatment-decision drivers into a differentiated positioning and a message that sells.
  • Develop and apply consumer/patient segmentation, and align campaign, content and channel plans to it.
  • Lead consumer-facing campaigns end to end — creative brief, content, media and channel mix, digital and social, KOL and influencer activity — and manage the agencies that deliver them.
  • Design demand-generation that pulls consumers into partner clinics, and measure the pull-through, not just the reach.
  • Bring the outside in — this is not a desk-based role. Expect to spend real time in clinics, with injectors and with the field team.

Clinic Engagement, KOL Development and Education

  • Build and develop the country KOL and trainer network, identifying and developing new speakers and trainers as well as working with established ones.
  • Design and lead clinic-facing programmes, congresses, workshops and consumer campaigns that create demand and deepen partnership.
  • Lead brand and product training for the sales team and for customers, ensuring the science and the injection-relevant knowledge are communicated accurately and compliantly.
  • Coordinate with the Area Brand Lead to leverage regional assets, ensure synergy of effort, and develop Area-level thought leaders.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with Sales, Digital and Omnichannel, Medical, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain and Compliance.
  • Ensure the brand plan is communicated to and genuinely understood by the field force, so that it is executed the way it was designed.
  • Coordinate with country and Area supply chain to ensure continuous availability of commercial and training product.

Compliance and Governance

  • Develop promotional materials and secure all required approvals, including Thai FDA and internal medical, legal and regulatory review.
  • Plan campaigns with the approval pathway built into the timeline from the start — regulatory limits are a design input, not a late-stage obstacle.
  • Ensure claims are accurate, substantiated and on-label, and that every activity complies with Allergan Aesthetics / AbbVie policy, industry codes and Thai regulation.
  • Support safety monitoring and adverse event reporting requirements in coordination with the Medical and Regulatory teams.
