Job Description:

As a Business Compliance Specialist, you will provide guidance, review business activities, ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with Health Care Compliance (HCC) requirements. Acting as a trusted partner, you will support HCP engagements, contracting, payments and compliance processes by delivering practical guidance, approvals and solutions

  • Lead and coordinate Healthcare Compliance execution for South CEE Surgery
  • Coordination of requests for educational courses and Educational Grants in close collaboration with Professional Education, Finance, Legal and Healthcare Compliance teams.

- Management of Educational event and Educational grants logistics as per the company policy and requirements

-Coordination of delegates and speakers for courses and events;

-Contracting management in close collaboration with ProfEd ,Legal and HCC teams.

  • Management of post-event duties:

- Reconciliation of Events

- Post-event documentation review

  • Coordination of payments processes for local and foreign activities

- Management of “eMP/ARIBA” requests

- Management of payments to HCPs

- Cross – country x–charge processing

- Invoice management

  • Close day to day collaboration with Professional Education and Health Care Compliance departments
  • Administrative support

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Education level: Bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g. Business, Life Sciences or related field), or equivalent professional experience 
  • Fluent oral and written English language
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and results driven
  • High level of ethical standards
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships – capable to adapt to different stakeholders’ environment, resilient
  • Sense of urgency, proactivity, flexible or be able to deal with challenging and last – minute cases
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (proven track record of organizational support in multinational environment)
  • Acting as a team player, solution – oriented and fast learner with strong responsibility and ownership of dedicated job tasks
  • Knowledge of another language(Croatian or Slovenian) within the region is an advantage

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
