Global Talent Services is one of our key service lines in Hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity. This role will be responsible to coordinate, schedule, close admin work to facilitate hiring  for Europe. This market hires 6000 employees every year and is subjected to growth as we expand our launches in the region. You will be responsible to assist in hiring the best talent for Sanofi and do this while providing world class candidate experience.

Main responsibilities
 

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, aligning availability across candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
• Manage high volumes of scheduling requests with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
• Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes, keeping all parties informed
• Deliver a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience, reflecting Sanofi's values and employer brand
• Use our ATS and scheduling tools to manage and track all interview related administration
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to the Candidate Care Partner for process improvements, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to optimize candidate interactions
• Collaborate effectively with both recruiters in hubs and in market to ensure candidate care practices are aligned with regional guidelines and best practices.
• Proactively engage with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, utilizing preferred communication channels to provide timely updates, answer questions, and gather feedback
• Support candidates through the post-offer process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience through to their start date

About you

You are a highly motivated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and a proven ability to manage high-volume coordination in a fast-paced environment. You have a structured, detail-oriented approach to your work and communicate clearly and professionally at every touchpoint. You are comfortable with change, and you approach new tools and processes with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Experience

• Proven track record of success in providing scheduling and coordination support within a recruiting or HR environment

Soft and technical skills

• Exceptional communication and strong candidate and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
• Familiarity with recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies, including experience with scheduling tools
• Comfortable working with and adapting to automation and AI-powered tools — experience with platforms such as Paradox is a plus
• Fluent in English and German

The salary range for this position is :Ft7 603 200,00 - Ft10 137 600

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
