Job Description:

Overall purpose of job:

• Manage end-to-end 3PL operations for Thailand MedTech, covering both local and export activities.
• Support the Supply Chain team and collaborate with 3PL partners across MedTech sectors
• Lead CIP initiatives and manage the related budget.

• Coordinate and execute improvement projects initiated at the local or regional level.

• Monitor operational and IT compliance requirements.

• Partner with Commercial teams to support and drive business growth.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Manage 3PL operations, including customer service, warehouse operations, and distribution management, while monitoring contractual KPIs and special requirements for local and export activities within the MedTech sector.

• Ensure daily 3PL operations run smoothly, all KPIs and turnaround times are achieved, and activities comply with Franchise Quality requirements.

• Provide regular feedback to 3PL management to improve service quality for J&J.

• Promote a continuous improvement mindset to enhance operational excellence and efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

• Review and challenge 3PL KPIs to drive year-over-year efficiency improvements.

• Review VAS (Value-Added Services – CoPack) to ensure alignment with J&J requirements and improvement plans.

• Manage 3PL costs by monitoring budget and CIP performance, and take appropriate actions to achieve the overall plan.

• Partner with the Supply Planning team to manage inventory levels and inventory health, including aging inventory, SKU classification, warehouse layout, and destruction activities.

• Monitor operational processes for inbound, outbound, and inventory management activities to ensure business requirements are met and compliance controls are maintained.

• Partner with the I2C team to manage billing for OTC services provided by 3PL.

• Manage other related responsibilities, including:

• Operational compliance, including TPI and HCCP requirements.

• IT compliance, including SOD reviews with GRC and NAGS applications.

• Quality and EH&S compliance.

• Local and regional project execution.
