The Position

As a Digital Campaign Delivery Associate in the Global Digital Hub, you ensure the successful

delivery of digital campaigns content creation projects within the Digital Campaigns Chapter. The

role plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and high-quality digital campaigns content creation

coordination and completion.

Responsibilities

● Manage the affiliate or global digital campaigns content creation and delivery process,

ensuring timely and successful completion of any projects from initiation to final

implementation, while ensuring delivery standards are met.

● Supports Campaign Coordinators and Global Campaign Experts and Specialists in client communications in the area of service offering, change management or communication

● Adoption and Center of Excellence: follow existing processes, establish process governance

principles and maintain proper documentation and implementation within the scope of

responsibility

Who you are

You are a candidate with high interest and ability in project coordination with a keen understanding

of digital marketing principles and content creation processes. Your excellent organizational and

communication skills enable you to manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely and high-

quality delivery. You excel at collaborating with diverse stakeholders and adapting to their feedback

to meet their needs and expectations.

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

● Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign management.

● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a track record of managing multiple

projects simultaneously.

● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively

with diverse stakeholders.

● Experience in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including

designers, copywriters, marketers, and clients/stakeholders.

● Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

● Openness to learn project management tools and software.

● Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
