What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Lead the design and deployment of AI agents and workflow automations (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate) across S&OE and External Supply, embedding them in enterprise data systems to drive measurable Continuous Improvement and decision-making outcomes (deep technical / AI engineering background is not required).
Provide Business facing OE Support to ES Clusters and/or Pfizer Center One (PC1) where required
Lead/Support/Coach OE solutions in the ES Clusters and/or Pfizer Center One (PC1) e.g. Continuous Improvement Loop, IMEx Deployment, Innovation, Agile Transformation, Complex Investigations in alignment with the ES/OE Strategies
Lead and/or coach Lean/Six Sigma projects for ES Clusters/PC1/CMO and support functions to diagnose and improve processes. This may also be on a regional basis
Build OE & Innovation capabilities at the ES Clusters, PC1 and selected CMOs
Coach the ES Clusters/PC1 on embedding a CI Culture
Lead a Global OE program across External Supply in alignment with the ES/OE Strategies
Lead/support ES Strategies and T5 Initiatives
Lead/support ES IMEx
Be an active member of the ES S&OE team in devising the OE and ES Strategies
Passionate and competent in using AI for Continuous Improvement
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
BA/BS in associated discipline is required (i.e., Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or Science) with at least 10 years of manufacturing and/or supply experience or MBA/MS with at least 9 years of experience
5+ years hands-on analytics/six sigma/continuous improvement experience
Demonstrated proficiency applying personal productivity AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate) to solve business or operational problems, with evidence of measurable outcomes (formal AI certification a plus; deep technical / AI engineering background is not required).
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trained and certified minimum
Incumbent must be fluent both written and verbally in English.
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
AI certification(s)
Track record of designing, building and deploying AI agents and workflow automations (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate) in an enterprise environment, with demonstrable business impact
Proven ability to integrate Microsoft 365, Power Platform or similar tools with enterprise data sources (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI, MES, LIMS, ERP) to surface insights and trigger actions across systems
Active engagement with emerging AI capabilities, with the judgement to evaluate and apply them responsibly at scale
Master’s degree coupled with relevant pharmaceutical experience.
Certified Innovation Coach
Method 1 Train the trainer
5+ years coaching and certifying successful six sigma green belts and black belts
Proven skills in managing large scale initiatives
Demonstrated coaching skills
Comprehensive knowledge of a broad range of operational excellence methodologies / programs
Ability to define, evaluate and recommend improvement opportunities across the E2E to achieve and sustain improvements
Strong business acumen with manufacturing and supply chain experiences preferred
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization and a proven track record in change management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide and / or lead diverse teams,
Strong analytical and problem solving
Adaptable to work priorities in response to complex and rapidly changing environment
Ability to navigate ES organization and operate in a multicultural environment
Develop and execute strategies with minimal guidance
