The Role
As the Director of Sales, QualityOne Extended Industries you will lead a high-performing team of Account Partners focused on selling global enterprise eQMS (electronic Quality Management System) solutions to large manufacturing organizations. This role is accountable for achieving regional revenue targets, driving disciplined enterprise sales execution, coaching complex deal strategy, and building long-term strategic relationships across Quality, IT, Operations, and Procurement leadership. The Sales Director ensures consistent pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, and expansion of multi-year, multi-region agreements.
What You'll Do
Hire and manage a team of A-players to create and grow business into new and existing accounts
Meet/exceed pipeline generation and new revenue targets set for the team
Provide strategic oversight and coaching on complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities
Manage relationships with key stakeholders across Quality, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and C-level executives
Accurate sales forecast and pipeline management
Review and approve expense reports and other administrative tasks associated with managing an outside sales team
Report and maintain timely and thorough notes pertaining to opportunities via Veeva CRM
Guide account strategy for top strategic accounts
Support negotiation of global agreements and multi-year SaaS contracts
Requirements
8+ years experience selling enterprise software and/or eQMS AND recent experience selling those services to the industries including, but not limited to the chemical, packaging, logistics, toys and consumer electronics industries
3+ years experience managing a team of 4+ Account Executives selling software to multiple industries
Understanding of Quality, Document Management, EHS solutions, as well as the people, processes, and technology in this industry
Understanding of Enterprise Software sales cycles and associated Strategies & Tactics
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written & verbal communication skills
Be self-motivated, professional, confident, flexible, and results-driven
Be proactive and driven approach, flexible
Be willing to travel as required
