Key Responsibilities

Tier 2/3 Trial Analytics Leadership

  • Accountable for oversight and delivery governance of Tier 2/3 trial analytics requests
  • Own staffing, prioritization, and resource allocation decisions for Tier 2/3 trial requests
  • Act as TAIP subject matter expert for the Tier 2/3 service model, ensuring clarity of scope, standards, and stakeholder alignment (within TAIP and with external stakeholders)
  • Lead implementation and continuous refinement of the Tier 2/3 service model
     

Hyderabad Line Management

  • Serve as formal line manager for Hyderabad-based Tier 1 Analysts and Senior Analysts
  • Lead development planning and provide performance input in close collaboration with TA Leads
  • Strengthen local engagement, team cohesion, and operational support within the Hyderabad analytics hub
  • Collaborate with TA Leads, who retain study-level oversight and day-to-day feedback responsibility for Tier 1 Analysts assigned to their trials

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Preferred advanced degree (MBA, MSc, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) in a relevant scientific, analytical, or quantitative discipline.

Experience:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in clinical analytics, management consulting, or trial strategy.
  • Proven record of leading analytics delivery for complex, global clinical studies.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial design, feasibility, and execution dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders in matrixed global settings.
  • Deep therapeutic area knowledge in one or more of: Oncology, Neuroscience, Cell Therapy, Hematology, Immunology, or Cardiovascular.

Skills:

  • Exceptional structured problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Advanced understanding of forecasting, feasibility modeling, and trial performance analytics.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Skilled at managing cross-functional project teams and global collaboration.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, R, Python) is a plus.

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
