Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Early in Career Talent Acquisition Lead to drive and scale Early in Career (EiC) hiring across North America.  This role is responsible for building sustainable talent pipelines through strategic university partnerships, employer branding and digital engagement initiatives, and campus recruiting programs supporting Leadership Development Programs, internships, co-ops, and entry-level hiring.  Leveraging talent analytics and market insights, the successful candidate will shape recruitment strategies, strengthen stakeholder partnerships, and deliver hiring outcomes aligned with business growth, critical capability needs, and future workforce priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Early in Career recruitment across North America, in support of Leadership Development Programs (LDPs), internships, co-ops, and entry-level hiring.
  • Develop and execute early talent sourcing, attraction, and hiring strategies aligned to workforce plans and business priorities.
  • Design and deliver campus and digital engagement, employer branding, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, leadership development program offices, HR partners, and business leaders on early talent acquisition strategy and market insights.
  • Leverage recruiting analytics, market intelligence, and performance metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement..
  • Cultivate and manage strategic external vendor and university partnerships to expand access to talent, enhance candidate experiences, and maximize return on investment.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Proven experience managing full lifecycle recruitment
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics, reporting tools, and analytics to drive decision-making and process improvements
  • Experience leading multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience developing employer branding, campus marketing, and candidate engagement strategies

Preferred

  • Experience supporting recruitment across North America
  • Experience with internships, co-op programs, rotational programs, Leadership Development Programs, or other Early in Career hiring initiatives
  • Familiarity with assessment methodologies, selection tools, and campus recruitment events
  • Experience designing and implementing talent acquisition processes, playbooks, and candidate experience enhancements
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and talent pipeline strategies
