The Senior ERP Systems Engineer is a strategic technical leader for the ASPIRE program. The primary objective of this role is to execute the end-to-end data migration strategy for the ASPIRE program, ensuring a seamless and accurate transition from legacy systems to our new ERP environment. This position requires close collaboration with functional business owners, technical teams and vendors to resolve complex data discrepancies and ensure the migrated data fully supports the program's strategic business goals.
In this role, you will drive key initiatives, manage complex solutions throughout the application lifecycle, define tasks for others, and act as a coach and technical lead for your team to ensure optimal ERP performance and drive the organization's mid- to long-term business goals.
Scope / (Content Leadership): Leads the development of comprehensive data migration frameworks. Oversees and mentors junior specialists within the team.
Accountability/Problem Solving: Addresses highly complex data migration issues. Ensures robust and effective governance practices are implemented and maintained across the organization.
Stakeholder Management: Liaises directly with senior leadership to align on data migration strategy. Guides and directs various teams on compliance and governance issues.
Impact/Strategy: Provides global-level support for innovative and technological initiatives. Actively gives speeches and shares knowledge at global and international events, and drives tech universities, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Highly engaged in Chapter/Site related activities.
Complexity / (Product Size): Manages enterprise-level data governance systems. Designs and implements advanced governance frameworks that scale across the organization.
Business / Technical ability: Acts as an expert in data migration tools.
Demonstrated experience defining tasks, coaching engineers, and successfully driving medium to large-scale (M/L) initiatives across a product or product line.
Proven track record of managing full-cycle data migration projects for major ERP platforms.
Experience participating in global knowledge-sharing events, tech universities, or Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
Strong background in data profiling, cleansing, and validation, with the ability to establish data quality metrics and governance standards that ensure high-fidelity migration.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex legacy data structures, map them to target data models.
Capability to drive innovative solutions aligned with the latest technology trends in ERP, system architecture, and lifecycle management.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills, specifically in leveraging team strengths and challenging others in a growth-enabling way.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of building mutually beneficial partnerships across stakeholder ecosystems and providing direction for mid-to long-term goals.
