Principais responsabilidades:

• Apoio na emissão e acompanhamento de Pedidos de Compra (POs) nos sistemas SAP, Coupa e TOTVS, sob supervisão.
• Suporte na confirmação de pedidos junto aos fornecedores após o recebimento das POs.
• Apoio no acompanhamento de importações e fluxos operacionais em conjunto com a área de Comex.
• Auxílio na verificação de requisições de compra e relatórios operacionais.
• Acompanhamento de entregas de produtos e serviços, realizando follow‑up com fornecedores via e‑mail ou telefone.
• Suporte às rotinas de gestão de contratos, incluindo organização e atualização de informações em sistemas internos.
• Apoio na gestão e atualização da base cadastral de fornecedores.
• Auxílio no monitoramento de indicadores (KPIs) da área de Compras, como prazos de entrega, volumes e índices de preços.
• Participação em iniciativas de melhoria e otimização de processos, incluindo apoio na preparação e execução de testes.
• Apoio no uso e aplicação de ferramentas LEAN na área de Compras, alinhado às diretrizes do Programa Lean e P2P da Novonesis.

Requisitos:

• Cursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Engenharias, Economia ou áreas relacionadas (a partir do 3° Semestre).
• Inglês Avançado
• Conhecimento em Excel Intermediário
