You will work closely with your peers to enable our vision of innovating diagnostics, keeping our customers and patients at the heart of what we do, delivering outstanding financial results, and living a strong culture of compliance and integrity.

The Opportunity

  • Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute the local Finance and Logistics strategy, balancing global/regional requirements with Mexican market imperatives. Provide strategic direction for financial performance, forecasting, and supply chain resilience.

  • Operating Model Optimization: Review, define, and adapt the organizational structure and operating model for the Commercial Finance Chapter and Logistics function to best fit the Macro Organizational structure, in alignment with the Future of Finance framework.

  • Shared Services Leverage: Drive the optimization and leverage of Roche Services Solutions (RSS) benefits and established standardized processes.

  • Governance & Site Wellbeing: Ensure full compliance of all Finance and Logistics practices within the area of responsibility. Guarantee the affiliate is run effectively, safely, and that key value drivers are in place for efficiency and employee wellbeing.

Who You Are

  • Decision Maker & Visionary: A strong, senior decision-maker who provides focus, clarity, and direction in the face of complexity, uncertainty, and ambiguous circumstances.

  • Influential Communicator: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence decisions at the executive/senior level, clearly articulating complex concepts.

  • Agile Champion: You challenge the status quo, share a clear vision for future possibilities, and actively encourage a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

  • Inspiring Leader: An inclusive leader with a high level of emotional intelligence and a solid track record of coaching and empowering other leaders (leading leaders).

  • Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Highly strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial ability, and a deep understanding of customer and patient needs in the Mexican healthcare ecosystem.
