The Position

As an FEP you leverage your in-depth business understanding combined with financial expertise in driving initiatives forward that are critical to delivering our commercial strategy. The FEP builds networks across the organisation (including the Finance Excellence Partner), to share best practices and co-create solutions that generate value for the affiliate, the enterprise and the customer. As FEP, you are a trusted  thought partner to business stakeholders and have close contact with customers, where you will ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact along the customer journey.

The Opportunity:

  • You serve as a key business partner to the commercial organization, acting as a trusted thought partner to business stakeholders and establishing close contact with customers.

  • You partner with the business to support and co-lead touchpoints alongside the customer journey with a strong enterprise mindset.

  • You balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide strategic advice on the financial implications of proposed business activities.

  • You contribute to developing a coherent affiliate commercial strategy, optimizing processes such as business planning, opportunity prioritization, and creative strategies for revenue generation.

  • You ensure financials remain on track to achieve targeted business results, proactively advising on deviations and delivering corrective actions.

  • You support the business and customers in co-creating new business models, quantifying value, and providing optimal pricing transparency.

  • You propose and drive strategic ideas for P&L improvement, including upsell opportunities, efficiency/waste reduction, and risk mitigation.

  • You play an active role in ensuring sustainable commercial deals by considering risk evaluations, analyzing competitor assumptions, and implementing pricing strategies.
     

Who you are:

- You hold a University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Ind Ing, or Economics.

- You possess strong business and financial acumen, with a proven track record of working directly with and for the customer.

- You demonstrate an entrepreneurial, commercial, and customer-centric mindset with the ability to synthesize financial and operational information into a holistic picture.

- You possess strong analytical skills, are a data-driven decision-maker, and act as a systems thinker who understands upstream and downstream impacts.

- You are a highly collaborative professional who thrives in a networked environment, actively seeking input and building relationships cross-departments and across geographies.

- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
 

Preferred:

  • You have deep knowledge and expertise in local healthcare systems, market dynamics, and the competitor landscape.

  • You have a passion for delivering tangible value for customers, patients, and the business.

  • You possess excellent negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to support successful win-win outcomes.
