What You’ll Do
Drive Market Leadership & Strategy: Formulate and execute the end-to-end vision, long-term roadmap, and go-to-market strategy to establish Falcon Writer as the category leader.
Ensure Customer Success & Key Deals: Act as an executive sponsor on high-stakes deals, building deep strategic partnerships with key enterprise accounts and ensuring flawless customer adoption and retention.
Public Face of the Product: Communicate product vision and value in the marketplace. Present at industry conferences. Be the product evangelist.
Scale Operations & Team Execution: Attract, hire, and retain a high-performing team of A-players. Establish scalable, customer-centric delivery and contracting processes to support rapid business growth.
Drive Product Innovation & Quality: Partner closely with Product leadership to prioritize core features and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
P&L & Performance Accountability: Drive accountability across key operational metrics, including revenue targets, services profitability, customer satisfaction, and product delivery milestones.
Requirements
10+ years of full-time enterprise software leadership within Life Sciences, BioPharma, or Regulatory Tech environments (fractional, part-time, or contract applicants will not be considered).
Proven track record as a dedicated, full-time P&L / Business Unit Leader scaling B2B enterprise SaaS solutions to BioPharma accounts.
Strong commercial acumen with a history of closing, expanding, and supporting strategic enterprise deals with BioPharma executives.
Exceptional prioritization skills with a sharp focus on quantifiable business outcomes and customer value over vanity metrics.
Outstanding communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
