Work with the Oncology Assays Lifecycle Team on the deployment and commercialization of Cervical Cancer Screening solutions. The Opportunity:
Essential Functions of the role include the following:
Provide subject matter expertise in cervical cancer screening as well as leadership in developing and executing global medical strategies for integrated evidence generation, collaborations, medical communications and engagements like advisory boards, scientific symposia and educational events.
Drive evidence-based screening adoption and advocate for public health initiatives that support cervical cancer elimination strategy including adoption of HPV testing, self sampling and specialised dual stain cytology.
Build strong partnerships with medical and patient communities including global thought leaders, academic networks and professional societies while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with industry regulations and HCP interaction guidelines.
Develop and deliver content for timely and effective communication of science and clinical data within or outside the organization in educational programs, publications and congress presentations.
Partner across functions (including commercial, access and policy), regions, cultures, and time zones to create an environment of belonging and identify mutual value and opportunities for collaborations.

Who you are:
You’re someone who wants to advance healthcare globally and influence your own development. Required experience and skills:
You have an advanced degree (MD and/or PhD) and 8+ years of relevant industry experience in medical affairs and/or clinical development leading the design and implementation of clinical studies, scientific communication and medical education initiatives.
You have a deep understanding of cervical cancer screening solutions, practices, guidelines and implementation in complex healthcare ecosystems and various resource settings.
You have excellent English oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to develop medical content and present to diverse audiences while delivering the message with clarity and impact.
You are proactive and self-directed with a proven track record of leading programs in a global and cross-cultural matrix, strategic decision making, systems thinking, and adaptability to perform in a complex and rapidly evolving environment.
You have a deep understanding of legal and regulatory considerations impacting healthcare systems, biopharma and diagnostics industry.
You are willing to travel up to 20% nationally or internationally.
Preferred Qualifications:
Spanish communication skills are a plus.
The primary location for this position is Tucson, Arizona. Candidates in Pleasanton, California or Burgess Hill, UK or Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain may also be considered.
The expected salary range for this position is based on the primary location of Tucson, Arizona is 148,800- 276,300. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
