As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with our Growth and Technology functions to support the work that keeps Pomelo's People programs running smoothly. Reporting to the Senior HRBP, you will be responsible for executing people programs, maintaining operational excellence, and owning foundational HRBP pillars like leave management, accommodations, and employee relations.
This role sits at the intersection of people operations and hands-on partnership — you'll have real ownership across a broad range of HRBP work while contributing to initiatives that shape how Pomelo scales.
This role reports to a Senior HR Business Partner and can be based anywhere in the continental US.

Benefits and Perks:
The expected base salary range offered for this role is $110,000-$130,000. This role is also eligible for equity, giving you an ownership stake in Pomelo’s mission. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
